Return & Exchange Policy
Your orders are eligible for free exchange and we will bear the cost of reverse pick up and re-delivery if:
- We send you the wrong size
- The product or packaging is defective at the time of delivery.
In such cases we would request you to contact us within 24-48 Hrs of receiving your order
All intimations beyond this timeline will not be accepted for free exchange.
In case, a Sunday falls in the middle of this timeline we will extend the intimation period by 24 Hrs.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, and the original tags are intact.
In case the desired product is not available with us we will request you to allow us some time to finish the product or you could choose from other product/products - within 7 days of the product being received by us of equal or higher value (you will have to pay us the difference amount in case of a higher value product, we will not be paying you back the difference amount if the product/products are of lower value)
If all the above conditions are met after we receive the product/products we will dispatch the new product/products. (Subject to our discretion)
